Milan, Ill. – Group O has been recognized as a leader in supply chain diversity through Vistra’s annual Nexus Awards program. This award honors companies and individuals for their commitment to utilizing a diverse supply chain and workforce while also engaging in sustainable business practices. 

As 1 of 82 nationally certified Corporate Plus members of the NMSDC, we value and strive for diversity in all facets of our business, including our 1,000 employees, our vendors, and suppliers.

Group O established a partnership with TXU in 2018, providing support for various projects, including their Welcome and Anniversary Reward programs for electric customers in Texas. With TXU as one of the largest providers of electricity in this deregulated state, we have demonstrated our expertise in fulfillment services and customer engagement by fulfilling over 50,000 rewards annually. 

Additionally, Group O’s flexibility plays a crucial role in facilitating the execution of said strategies and is highlighted by assisting TXU with special projects such as Employee Vaccination Reward cards and promotional merchandise fulfillment. 

As a minority-owned business, Group O strives to keep our workforce diverse. Results of these efforts within our operations have been very successful with 43% of our staff being of diverse ethnicity.
