Bob and Suerrette PromotionsMilan, IL — Group O is strengthening its executive leadership team with two strategic transitions designed to support the company's continued growth and long-term vision.

Effective July 24, Bob Marriott will transition from Chief Financial Officer to a newly created role, Chief Planning Officer. In this position, he will focus on enterprise planning, corporate governance, legal strategy, and initiatives that support long-term shareholder value and organizational growth. Marriott's new role reflects Group O's ongoing commitment to investing in the future while maintaining strong operational leadership.

During his more than 33 years with Group O, Marriott has helped guide the company's growth through periods of expansion, innovation, and transformation. As Chief Planning Officer, he will apply that experience toward helping shape the organization's future direction and strategic priorities.

At the same time, Suerrette Franck has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Franck brings nearly 15 years of experience with Group O and has held leadership roles across finance, technology, innovation, and product development. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance and has been an integral member of the executive leadership team.

Her appointment reflects the depth of talent within the organization and a deliberate approach to leadership development and succession planning. Franck's broad business experience and financial expertise position her to help guide Group O's next phase of growth while continuing to build on the company's strong financial foundation.

According to Group O leadership, these transitions were designed to leverage the strengths of two experienced executives while ensuring continuity and long-term success for the organization. Principal Owner Gregg Ontiveros noted that the appointments strengthen the leadership team and position the company for continued growth in the years ahead.

As Group O continues to evolve, these leadership changes reinforce the company's focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and innovation while maintaining the strong relationships and customer commitment that have defined the organization for decades.
