Solution
Group O designed and manages a three-location regional cross-dock network supporting the complete packaging inventory lifecycle. Services include purchasing, demand planning, scheduling, receiving, storage, inventory management, tracking, and distribution.
To improve operational visibility and responsiveness, Group O implemented EDI integration and a custom-engineered customer platform that delivers real-time reporting, analytics, and inventory insights. This allows stakeholders to monitor inventory levels, shipments, and operational performance across the network using current data.
Building on the success of the packaging materials distribution program, the partnership expanded to include non-consumable material distribution and reusable container logistics programs, further supporting operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives across North America.
