Transition to Online Redemptions: Within five years of the original launch, over 60% of all redemptions were submitted online, leading to the complete elimination of mail-in redemptions. This transition not only streamlined the redemption process but also drove significant cost savings and enhanced sustainability efforts for the client by reducing the need for printed redemption forms.


Efficiency Gains: The elimination of the mail-in rebate process resulted in improved submission, validation, and fulfillment timelines. On average, validation times after submission are within 7 days, ensuring a swift and efficient process for consumers. Moreover, consumers receive their rebate reward cards within 28 days or less from the submission date, surpassing industry standards and enhancing consumer satisfaction.


Enhanced Client Visibility: Group O implemented live Power BI dashboards, providing the client with real-time visibility into promotion performance and engagement metrics. This enhanced visibility enables the client to make data-driven decisions and optimize promotional strategies effectively.


Reward Card Spend Analysis: The implementation of reward card spend analysis further enhances client visibility and insights.
