GNFR Portal: Group O’s portal allows stores that sell Samsung products to order what they need online or from a mobile device. From a new display phone to security devices to cleaning wipes, Group O keeps Samsung’s inventory ready for stores to order what they need, when they need it. Most times, those orders are picked, packed, and shipped on the day we receive the order
Event Management System: When Samsung launches a new product, their field agents and influencers receive the device all on one day at a semi-annual conference. Group O’s event management system allows thousands of people to exchange their outdated phones for new phones in just a few hours. Supporting analytics pinpoint successes, as well as areas of opportunity to create efficiency through our continuous process improvement.
New Device Depot Tracking: Before a new device is launched, corporate employees need to get their hands on them for various reasons. Perhaps marketing needs to take pictures for an ad campaign or an executive wants to make sure the end-user experience is up to par. Because of Group O’s success with other Samsung portals, the company asked us to create a security system which allows those employees to check out the new phones. Each is tracked with a serial number so Samsung knows who has the phone and how long they’ve had it.
