  • Flexibility: Group O has updated and reworked rewards programs over time as the clients needs have changed. From referral rewards to promotions for existing clients for retention, Group O has been agile and able to flex client programs to fit their goals. 

Results

Since 2019, Group O’s customer acquisition and retention reward programs have made a significant impact on the solar installer’s business.
