Situation:
Continual complaints regarding missing items from high-profile supply kits were jeopardizing our client’s relationships with several key customers. The kits included supplies coming from multiple sources including the client’s own warehouses and direct from vendors. The client had no means to track progress toward order completion causing delivery of incomplete kits. |
Solution:
Group O developed processes for receiving and reporting on inventory received for individual kits. Prompt Group O reporting gave the client the ability to follow up on missing items. Group O reorganized the kit assembly for ease of unpacking by the customer. Using in-line product scanning, Group O created 100% accurate packing lists for each carton. Group O managed logistics guaranteeing on-time delivery to the client’s customers. |
Result:
